To open an account and use the h789 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h789 does not accept registrations from anyone under this age, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with any remaining balance forfeited.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and registrations on behalf of another person are not permitted.
